Chicagoland Photographer | Olivia - Class of 2020
I want to celebrate some of my favorite Seniors I got to know on a more deeper level. So excited to share some of Olivia’s images. Olivia loves thrifting, listening to music and considers herself a nostalgic person. She also loves make-up and did her own make-up for all her High School Dances!
It was very meaningful to get to know Olivia and her mom Abby during an extensive Coffee date at the Sip last summer. I love chatting about life and dreams with my Seniors (and their moms)…opening up is not always easy but that how true connections are built!
The day we did Olivia’s session in Gary and Miller we had the best time. Olivia knows how to put outfits together and was also open to try some of my suggestions. She did a beautiful job on her make-up but nothing beats that million dollar smile that radiates right through her eyes…

18. Why do you think it's important to do senior portraits? What was the best part?
It’s so important to do senior portraits because in those photos you are able to capture the end of a major milestone in your life. Although this chapter of your life is ending, a brand new one is waiting to be written. One day you will be able to look back on those photos and be able to recognize how far you have come since graduating high school. The best part of my senior portraits was being able to capture who I am as an individual in a gallery of photos.
Dear Olivia, I wish you nothing but the best for your future. You will be amazing at Interior and Fashion Design or whatever else you’ll end up deciding to pursue. I know you’ll bloom surrounded by other creative minds in college. Thank you for letting me capture part of High School and don’t be a stranger ;-)))) Looking at your images brings me joy!
Congratulations on being a 2020 High School Graduate!!! (insert balloons and confetti here)!!!
Hugs to you and your mom,
